3D Design and planning

We offer many services within the construction industry from assisting clients with the planning process liaising with the local planning authorities and architects. 3D design has become a staple in developments because of the accuracy of the design process cutting down on wastage so making builds more cost effective and cutting lead time as any unforeseen snag are worked out before the build begins. We aim to make each clients venture and simple and seamless as possible and to cater to your individual needs.
Fabrication and installation
We have roots within the fabrication and installation industry and offer many services within this sector, we have had involvement with many clients with installations procured for the leisure and industrial sectors. We offer a many welding methods using Mig, Tig and Arc incorporating Mild steel, Aluminium and stainless steel with over 30 years experience we are sure we can assist you and your needs.
Contracting
Here we have a selection of contracts that we have undertaken for our clients, here we have some examples of our cladding services on industrial buildings and incorporating cladded rooflines we also work with Fibre glass and EPDM rooflines. Commercial entrances for the retail and leisure industries by constructing apertures in brick or steel and installation of electronic sliding doors or manual door sets in a range of colours to suit the aesthetic. Within this we offer a complete a project management service where we oversee all aspects of your project and bring in other trades from our approved list of contractors to bring you a complete service from design to completion.
Painting and Finishing
We work a lot in painting and finishing within the contracts we undertake we work with many paint types and finishes this is inclusive of shot blasting, galvanising and powder coating. Whatever your requirements please contact us we are sure we can assist you.
Bespoke commissions
We offer one off fabrications and commissions to clients needing bespoke items we have undertaken Stainless steel sculptures, car wash enclosures, galvanised car ramps, car lot flagpoles, balustrades and so much more if there is anything that you require that you have not found here, do not hesitate to contact to discuss your needs further.
Mezzanine floor areas & Staircases
Mezzanine floor areas are the perfect option for clients who need more storage space but don't have the floor space going up maybe the answer for you we can fabricate and install any bespoke floor area to your requirements, we also fabricate and install staircases from ambient fire escapes to domestic steel staircases and spiral staircases.
Repairs and alterations
When we are not working in the development sector we are called in by our excavation and quarry clients to carry out repairs and alterations to plant machinery on site as requested our repairs vary from general wear and tear to accidental damage, with the experience within the field we can carry out alterations to adapt existing plant to meet the needs of the client. We also carry out repairs to plant machinery within the recycling sector.
Commercial shoring solutions
We work in conjunction with a national shoring company we can hire the shoring system bespoke to your requirements and we are trained to install these systems whilst structural work is being carried out internally, the most recent project was for a public house that has been developed into retail outlets and housing, unfortunately the building which is listed suffered structural damage whilst demolition work was being carried out, we installed the shoring system recommended by the shoring supplier to enable us to install structural steel beams and to carry out resolution work to make the building safe without loosing any of the original features that made the building special in the first place.
Commercial security fitments
We can supply and install many security fitments inclusive of electronic sliding gates, security doors, security barriers, palisade fencing panels, specialist security fitments and lock mechanisms to protect your commercial property whilst away from the site.
